Why Link Accounts?
Linking three different accounts makes it more difficult for bad actors to infiltrate and ruin the game. If one of the of three accounts gets banned/unlinked they will no longer have access to the XtraOrd server. Along with any the past accounts no longer eligible for relinking under a new profile.

No. When you link an account the only information we save is the username (or email depending on the platform). We do not store your Steam, Discord, Twitch, etc. passwords.
At the moment our verification system is manual. Our staff gets notified when an account is setup and we approve or deny your request within 24 hours (times may very). Please be patient and if you haven't gotten a response email our support team.
If you verification was denied there are a few reasons why that could have happened. The most common reason being your Rust/Steam account has past bans. Other reasons may be account age. For example accounts that were created in the last 3 months. If you believe there was a mistake please email our support.
If you linked the wrong account you'll have to send an email to our support team. An account that wants to be unlinked has to be done manually by our team.
